DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY:
While Ashley Marie Photography will go above and beyond to capture each special memory during a photo shoot or other event, sometimes circumstances may prevent us from being able to do this the best we can. Included but not limited to:

Scheduled event or party beginning late

Missing members who are supposed to be participating in the event

Capturing other guests or friends/family holding their personal devices, capturing their own photos, or blocking the photographer from obtaining the needed shot

Weather not cooperating and or creating unwanted shadows, glares, or low light. Certain situations can be fixed with editing, but some cannot.

Ashley Marie Photography cannot be held responsible for images being removed due to bad quality, lost images, blurred images, or being unable to capture moments without subjects ducking/giving odd looks to the camera. This decision is made only by Ashley Marie Photography

Title of & copyright of all images shall remain in the possession of Ashley Marie Photography until payment is made on time and in full. All photos are copyrighted. Ashley Marie Photography retains the right to use any and all images for marketing purposes on social media and or on websites such as this one or Google. This also includes promotions and gift cards. Please remember it is illegal to use the images for commercial use without prior consent of the photographer.
WEDDINGS & EVENTS
* Travel fees do apply for any location over one hour, fifteen minutes from Eugene Oregon
* For big events such as weddings that require travel, there will be a required $200.00 non-refundable deposit.
* Monthly payment plans available with full deposit.
* Any major changes or alterations need to be brought to the photographer's attention within no less than a week before the event, unless the change happens after that, in which case right away
* At time the photographer may need to have a break during a large event, so a schedule of important events or a run down of where and when is required to make sure each special moment is covered in it's entirety
*Inability to Perform as usual:
This past year has taught us to expect the unexpected. As such, in the event of a serious family emergency, fire, flood, fallen tree, hospitalization, positive covid test, ect, can be refunded as long as proof has somehow been shown to the photographer. At times if it is weather related and the cause is rain in an outdoor setting, an indoor setting can be requested, or a different date can be scheduled. If a deposit has been placed in this case it will go to the reschedules event and will not be refunded.
*If for any reason you are not happy with your scheduled session, please contact me and we can work on making things right. Once payment has been received, it will not be refunded
